Cancellation Policy

At Aleksandra Volkov Coaching, I honor your time and mine with care and mutual respect. Life happens — and I do my best to offer flexibility while maintaining clarity and structure. Please read the policy below carefully.

Cancellations
​
You may cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
If you need to cancel, please do so via your confirmation email or by emailing me directly at admin@aleksandravolkov.com.

Rescheduling
You’re welcome to reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or by emailing me.
If you are running late, I’ll wait for up to 15 minutes — after that, the session will be considered a no-show (see below).

No-Shows & Late Cancellations
​
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. This helps protect the integrity of my time and other clients’ availability.

Refunds
​
All sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Coaching is a co-created process, and I commit fully to being present and prepared for you. If you’re unsure about working together, feel free to reach out before booking — I’m happy to help you clarify if coaching with me is the right fit.

Emergencies & Compassion Clause
​
I understand that emergencies or unexpected life events may arise. If something unusual happens, please contact me directly — I’m a human first, and I’m open to compassionate exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
