Welcome to www.aleksandravolkov.com (the “Site”). This website is owned and operated by Aleksandra Volkov (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing this Site and/or booking a session with me, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or my services.

1. Coaching Services

I offer life and relationship coaching sessions, which may be held online or in person, in English or Russian. Coaching is a process of personal exploration and growth. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for licensed professional help.

2. Eligibility
​

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or book a session.

​

3. Session Booking and Cancellation
​

  • Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled via Calendly, online booking system or by email.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited session time and/or fees, if applicable.

4. Payments & Refunds
​

  • Free sessions may be offered as part of an introductory offer.

  • Paid sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds are given for completed sessions.

5. Confidentiality
​

What you share in your coaching session is kept strictly confidential, unless:

  • You give written permission to share something.

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

Please note: While I take your privacy seriously, communications via email or online platforms may not be fully secure.

6. Personal Responsibility
​

By participating in coaching, you agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your outcomes depend on your participation and commitment.

7. Intellectual Property
​

All content on this site (text, images, programs, downloads, etc.) is owned by me unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or share it without written permission.

8. Technology & Access
​

I cannot guarantee that this Site or booking platform will always be available or error-free. I reserve the right to make updates or suspend services temporarily if needed.

9. Disclaimer
​

Coaching results vary from person to person. I make no guarantees about outcomes. My services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and are not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
